What you will take away from the program.
We do not simply deliver content. We develop judgment: better decisions, carried out with prudence and common sense.
A complete view of the business
You will connect finance, strategy, marketing, operations and leadership to understand the whole business before making decisions.
Decisions that normally come only with experience
Through the Case Method, you will face real decisions in a wide range of contexts that you would normally encounter only after decades of professional experience.
An active alumni network for the years ahead
When you finish the program, you join the San Telmo alumni community: more than 15,000 executives and over 150 continuing education activities every year.
Methodology
The Case Method. You learn by doing
At San Telmo, knowledge is not memorized: it is experienced. Every session becomes a decision-making laboratory in which real situations challenge your strategic perspective, your judgment and your ability to lead.
«A practical, action-oriented methodology that prepares you to make better decisions and carry them out with prudence and sound judgment.»
It is not simply about analysing companies, but about making decisions as if you were part of them. Debating and testing ideas with other professionals broadens your perspective.

Individual preparation
Group work
Before class, you meet with your assigned team of five or six people. You compare approaches, identify the critical issues and prepare for the session.
Classroom debate
The professor opens with a specific question. The classroom divides. Arguments are tested against one another. Decisions are challenged with data. Everyone takes part.
Resolution and application
The professor closes by revealing what the real company did and what happened next. You connect the learning to a dilemma in your own company. On Monday, you put it into practice.

Can I combine the MBA with my job?
Yes. The Executive MBA is designed specifically for working professionals with experience and responsibility for managing people, projects, clients, budgets or processes. It is a demanding program, but also flexible and designed to fit the professional reality of its participants.
The program runs over 12 months, with more than 240 training sessions, and is structured so that you can continue your professional activity while you develop as a manager.
In addition, learning is closely linked to business reality: it is not about memorizing content, but about facing the situations and decisions an executive encounters every day.
What is the admissions process like?
The process begins with a request for information and contact with the admissions team. The Executive MBA is aimed at university graduates with proven professional experience who have taken on significant responsibilities and want to make a qualitative leap in their careers.
Rather than looking for a specific academic profile, San Telmo looks for professionals with initiative, motivation to grow, the ability to work in teams and leadership potential, as well as the ability to make decisions with sound judgment.
The process therefore assesses both the candidate’s professional background and their motivation and fit with the philosophy and demands of the program.
How much does it cost and what financing options are available?
The investment in the Executive MBA and the available financing options are explained individually during the admissions process. If you are considering the program, our team can advise you on the financial conditions and the options available to help you join.
Where and in what format is it delivered?
The Executive MBA is taught on campus in Seville, at San Telmo Business School (Avda. de la Mujer Trabajadora, 1). If you are travelling from outside the city, we have agreements with hotels to make your stay easier.
The on-campus format is an important part of the experience: learning is built around the Case Method, with real business situations analysed, debated and decided in the classroom. This means you learn not only from the faculty, but also from the experience, perspectives and decisions of the other participants.
