Professor José Miguel Amuedo Dorantes has wide-ranging experience as a guest professor from other business schools and universities. He is currently a partner in different businesses in the hostelry and leisure sector. Regular media contributor and written press, he posts his blog «Mind the Gap» in the newspaper Expansión.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of companies in the catering and furniture sector and has extensive experience as a consultant in business strategy, family businesses, legal matters (especially in taxation issues and corporate groups), mediation and negotiation and communication. He is the author of numerous Case Studies and opinion articles.
