Rocío Reina Paniagua

Rocío began her career working at a consultancy firm and in the family business, being involved years later in selling the family business to a larger construction company. She has experience as a researcher for the Ministry of Education and Science in the Business Management Department at the Pablo de Olavide University.

After working in various departments at San Telmo, she is currently responsible for the Assistants Department and Case Editing Department. In addition to this, she is also part of the Executive MBA and Governance team.

In terms of her teaching duties, she has written numerous cases and technical notes, apart from giving lectures and sessions from the beginning of her career at San Telmo. She has participated in the preparation and editing of several books.

In Business Policy, she is involved in management processes and corporate governance. She is also responsible for all sustainability-related matters in the academic field.

Rocío is an adjunct to the Academic Directorate of the International Advisory Board for Business Policy at San Telmo Business School.
