José Miguel Caballero Real

Holder of a Master’s Degree in Labor Law and Social Security (Universidad de Sevilla – University of Seville), Diploma in ADIS (San Telmo Business School), Diploma in Senior Business Management (San Telmo Business School), Bachelor of Law, Majoring in Corporate Law (University of Seville)
Professor José Miguel Caballero has been a practicing lawyer in the Garrigues legal firm since 1997; previously he developed his professional activity as legal head of the Technical Offices of the Trade Union UGT-Seville (1990-1994) and UGT-Andalusia (1994-1997). He specializes in Labor Law, with extensive experience in collective labor relations and trade union rights, collective bargaining, policies on equality, anti-harassment and codes of labor conduct and litigation. He frequently advises on different sectorial areas to national and multinational companies of first level, both in the industrial as well as the agri-food and service sectors.

He is a member of the Seville Bar Association, as well as the Spanish Association of Labor Law and the Labor Relations Commission of the Andalusian Entrepreneurs Confederation. He has participated in different collective publications and has written different case studies, technical notes and opinion articles.
