Rob Healy is the founder and Managing Director of Crofton Group, established in 2004 in Dublin. For nearly two decades, he has worked with global companies, leaders, and institutions to deliver bespoke training, coaching, communications, and consultancy solutions. Crofton’s clients include Credit Suisse, Liverpool Football Club, Google, IBM, and Encirc.
A qualified Executive Coach and Mentor, Rob has guided international business leaders, politicians, and executives to achieve peak performance. Since 2007, Crofton has trained more than 1,400 participants in areas such as interpersonal skills, team building, time management, presentation skills, cross-cultural awareness, and building high-performance organizational cultures.
From 2014 to 2022, Rob served on the Senior Leadership Team of Encirc360, which holds 40% of the UK and Ireland container glass market with turnover exceeding €1 billion. During this time, he co-founded the Encirc Academy—winner of the 2016 British Glass Industry Award for Leading through Innovation—and played a key role in managing the company’s sale and integration into the Vidrala Group.
Rob has been a visiting professor of communications at San Telmo Business School since 2017 and serves as Deputy Director of its International Advisory Board for Business Policy. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the Timoney Leadership Institute and acts as a Non-Executive Director and Advisor to Taranto Ltd. in Northern Ireland.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Tierco Group, which includes Seating Matters and Sperrin Metal, and operates across investments, healthcare, and manufacturing, with enterprise values exceeding €60 million.
Rob holds a BA (Hons) from University College Dublin, an MSc in Management and Leadership from UCD Smurfit Business School, and multiple professional diplomas in management excellence, leadership development, and organizational change. He is a graduate of the Timoney Leadership Institute’s Advanced Leadership Program, San Telmo’s Global Leadership Programme, and holds an Advanced Coaching Certificate from Coaching Development.
His areas of expertise include family business strategy, business policy, lean manufacturing, and communications. He has co-authored case studies and remains active in advancing leadership and business education internationally.
