The ADS Participant Profile

From Clinical Management to Strategic Leadership

Each cohort brings together those who govern healthcare institutions, those who lead clinical care and those who manage operations. That mix — rarely found in anyone’s day-to-day work — is precisely what participants come to experience.

What Does This Program Offer?

This is not a healthcare management program. It is general management applied to healthcare.

Methodology

Learning Methodology

A 100% practical, participatory approach: real cases, current problems, and a classroom where the experience of those who have already faced them comes to the surface.
“The professor does not give the answer: he leads the discussion to the diagnosis.”

Every part of the healthcare ecosystem comes together in the classroom: contrasting different realities is part of the method.

Come and experience a real session at the edition nearest to you: Seville-Malaga, Toledo or Zaragoza.
Real business cases
You analyse the case with the support of technical notes and arrive with your own conclusions. The virtual classroom supports your preparation.

You compare perspectives with executives from other areas of the sector, guided by a discussion facilitator.

The professor leads the whole-room discussion towards a diagnosis. Every part of the healthcare ecosystem comes together here.

Leading figures from healthcare come into the classroom to debate, not to give lectures. Practical workshops then help you take those decisions back into your institution.

Curriculum

Academic Content

Four areas cover the full scope of general management; the Strategic Reflection Forum is rebuilt every year around what the sector has on the table.

The craft of management comes before the tools.

Strategic Reflection Forum

Topics are updated every year to reflect the needs of each cohort. The program does not simply repeat a syllabus: it rewrites it.

Read the institution through its numbers — and make it work.

Visits to institutions

Visits to healthcare institutions recognized for their services or practices, so you can see innovation from the inside rather than on a slide.

Where the sector is heading.

Choose where to take your program

Who Will Teach You

Faculty with first-hand management experience.

Faculty who bring together every area involved in management and work through them using cases from the healthcare sector.

Success Stories and Testimonials
