International Advisory Board

San Telmo Business School

Purpose

The Advisory Board is a project whose main goal is to raise awareness of San Telmo’s projects globally. It will be chaired by the Chairman Emeritus of Nestlé, Peter Brabeck-Letmathe, and composed of business owners and executives from Andalusia and Extremadura, business leaders from other Spanish regions, and business owners and senior executives from Europe, the Americas, Africa, Asia and Oceania.

Business Policy

Business Policy is the field of knowledge focused on researching and teaching the knowledge, values, will and innate qualities a person must have to hold senior management positions.

It helps business owners, senior executives and public leaders understand the content of their work, which is none other than choosing a better future in terms of effectiveness and fairness and making it a reality with the whole organization.

The main challenges facing companies

One of the Board’s objectives is to understand what the highest-level companies are facing today. At its first meeting, held last April, most attendees agreed that the main challenges facing companies lie in four fundamental areas:

Digitalization and innovation

People; above all, succession and the generational handover

A business model capable of weathering economic and financial crises

The role of business in society and the values of ownership and of all stakeholders
