Senior Management Program for Healthcare Institutions (ADS)
The ADS Participant Profile
From Clinical Management to Strategic Leadership
Each cohort brings together those who govern healthcare institutions, those who lead clinical care and those who manage operations. That mix — rarely found in anyone’s day-to-day work — is precisely what participants come to experience.
At the Top of the Institution
Business owners, board members, CEOs and general managers. They are accountable for overall performance and need visibility across every area, not just the one demanding their immediate attention.
→ CEO or general management responsibility in a healthcare institution
→ Responsibility for results or budgets
→ Public or private sector

What Does This Program Offer?
This is not a healthcare management program. It is general management applied to healthcare.
A Global View of Every Management Area
Finance, operations, people, commercial strategy and governance in a healthcare institution — and how a decision in one area affects all the others.
Tools for Navigating Change in the Sector
Management tools, leadership and motivation of healthcare teams, and advanced optimization of the resources under your responsibility.
The ADS Community and Alumni Network
Methodology
Learning Methodology
Every part of the healthcare ecosystem comes together in the classroom: contrasting different realities is part of the method.
Real business cases
Teamwork
You compare perspectives with executives from other areas of the sector, guided by a discussion facilitator.
General session
The professor leads the whole-room discussion towards a diagnosis. Every part of the healthcare ecosystem comes together here.
Conference-discussions with sector leaders
Leading figures from healthcare come into the classroom to debate, not to give lectures. Practical workshops then help you take those decisions back into your institution.
