San Telmo Business School
Mission
Since 1995, the BBVA Family Business Chair at San Telmo Business School has accompanied business families in the challenges that determine their continuity and their future.
Created with the vocation of researching and developing learning activities on the specific reality of the family business, the Chair helps address such decisive matters as succession, professionalization and the relationship between family and business.
Its mission is to provide experience and knowledge to form better owners, capable of exercising responsible governance and contributing to the sound development of their organizations, their families and their business project.
Fundamentals of the Family Business (FEF)
The Fundamentals of the Family Business Course (FEF) helps participants become better owners, going beyond the acquisition of knowledge and management tools. Its aim is to understand the philosophy of the family business and the distinctive workings of its management and governance bodies.
Through the analysis of real situations, the program makes it possible to delve into questions that are essential for the continuity of the family and business project.
Member business families have access to a comprehensive service designed to accompany them in the main challenges of their reality, through four major areas: business management, family governance, advisory support and the exchange of experience.
Members of the Chair have priority access to San Telmo Business School’s executive education and professional development programs, provided they meet the relevant admission requirements.
